• Docker image starts a web UI where uploading a UTF-8 CSV of up to 20,000 French phone numbers produces valid, invalid, and consent-needed counts within 2 minutes.
• Each French double-opt-in SMS YES creates a JSON receipt containing phone number, UTC timestamp, message text, IP/user-agent if the link is clicked, and SHA-256 hash within 60 seconds.
• One click exports a ZIP containing an HTML receipt page per consented contact, a SHA-256 manifest, and a suppressed CSV of contacts lacking proof within 10 minutes of campaign close.
