• Given read-only Stripe/Paddle credentials, lists active recurring prices and classifies a selected material change (price increase, ad addition, feature removal, renewal interval) within 10 minutes.
• For the selected change, generates notice variants for California ARL, EU Consumer Rights Directive, and UK Consumer Contracts showing required advance-days value and bold disclosure text, and exports/sends them at least the required days before renewal.
• Exports a signed audit bundle (PDF + JSON) containing final notice text, recipient-list hash, provider message IDs, send timestamps, and a SHA-256 manifest verifiable with one command.
