Disclaimer
Last updated: 2026-07-02 Effective: 2026-07-02
Yuto Makihara ("we", "us") asks you to acknowledge and agree to the following in connection with your use of "Argosvix" (the "Service").
1. Accuracy of observability data
The Service collects, stores, and aggregates Call Records (including provider name, model name, token counts, cost, latency, error information, and user-defined tags) sent through our SDK from the AI agents and LLM applications you operate, and visualizes them as statistics and charts.
The statistics and charts we display are mechanical aggregations of records sent from clients you wrap with the SDK, and we do not warrant any of the following:
- Accuracy of your SDK integration on the sending client
- Accuracy of token counts or cost calculations returned by AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, etc.)
- Absence of record loss or delay during transmission
- Full agreement between cost, token counts, latency, or error rates shown and your actual billing or production performance
The results of any business decision, production rollout change, or service continuation made based on the Service's output are solely attributable to you, and we are not liable.
2. Discrepancies from AI provider billing
The cost values displayed by the Service are estimates based on the provider pricing tables you provide during SDK integration (= @argosvix/sdk pricing tables), and may differ from the actual amount billed by AI model providers.
Discrepancies arise particularly from:
- Time lag between when a provider updates its pricing and when we update the pricing table
- Currency exchange rate fluctuations (= USD display vs. JPY billing)
- Special billing conditions offered by providers (output discounts, commit discounts, cache discounts, etc.)
- Differences in how providers count billable tokens (input / output / cached / reasoning, etc.)
You shall use the Service's cost values as reference information and confirm actual billing amounts via the official dashboard or invoices of the AI model providers you use.
3. Nature of proposals and recommendation displays (not individualized advice)
Based on statistics of the Call Records you send, the Service may display "proposals" such as candidate switches to cheaper models, suggested alert configurations, and detection results of changes in quality or reliability. All of these are the results of mechanical calculations and statistical inference over public pricing tables and your actual usage records, and are none of the following:
- Individualized implementation advice based on your business objectives, quality requirements, budget constraints, compliance requirements, etc.
- A guarantee that a model after switching will deliver quality and performance equivalent to before for your use case
- A guarantee of continued production operation of AI agents, recovery procedures from incidents, or SLA compliance
The decision whether to adopt a proposal, and the results of adopting it, are solely attributable to you. In particular, we recommend that model switches be carried out only after verification in your own environment.
4. Responsibility for data transmission
Section 4.2 of the Terms of Service imposes the following warranty obligations on you regarding Call Records sent to us:
- You have the necessary rights to collect, transmit, and store such records
- The records do not include end-user personal information (names, email addresses, addresses, phone numbers, identifiers, etc.)
- Sending such records to us does not violate any contract or policy with your organization or any third party
If a third party makes a claim arising from records sent in breach of the above, you shall resolve such claim at your own expense and responsibility, and indemnify us.
5. System availability
We strive to provide the Service continuously and stably, but the Service may temporarily become unavailable due to system failures, maintenance, or outages in third-party services (Cloudflare Workers, the D1 database, Stripe, Resend, etc.).
We are not liable for any damages incurred by you due to such unavailability (including delayed or lost Call Records, delayed or undelivered alert notifications, dashboard outages, etc.).
6. Amendments
We may amend this Disclaimer as necessary. Amendments take effect when posted on the Service.
